Lumin Advisors was established in 2007 by its founder, Michele Krakowski, a certified CPA. Michele has over 27 years of experience successfully assisting major U.S. airports, ports, municipalities and universities with their financial and operational analysis parking needs.  Combining financial performance with operating processes and data management, Lumin Advisors assist their clients with determining the right changes to make to best meet the organization's goals.  Lumin Advisors is recognized as a national expert in many facets of parking and ground transportation technology including revenue enhancement and risk reduction in large parking operations. During her 27 years in the parking industry, Michele has worked with parking systems as an owner, a vendor and as a consultant.  Michele is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in risk assessment, revenue analysis, financial projections, Parking Access & Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) technology, automated payment systems, data management and report development, revenue controls, auditing, and parking operations.  Lumin Advisors is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

International Parking Solutions

International Parking Solutions was founded in 2016 by a consortium of international parking experts whose global perspective on parking strategies, products and optimization skillset has seen over 100 parking projects successfully completed in the U.S. and Europe including airports, city centers, hotels and shopping centers.  International Parking Solutions advises clients on achieving commercial, digital and operational excellence in car parking.  

Quinta Consulting

Quinta Consulting was founded in 2012 by Dr. Mark Friesen, a global expert in airport pricing and management consulting. Dr. Friesen has over 20 years experience in the airport industry and is an award winning author on parking pricing.  Dr. Friesen is also a highly regarded lecturer and currently teaches at consumer behavior and relationship marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, Austria as well as a senior lecturer for marketing and communication at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.  Dr. Friesen is also a chapter board member of the European Pricing Platform.  Quinta Consulting is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

20/20 Parking is a leading parking consulting firm led by James Maglothin, P.E. P.M.P.  20/20 specializes in providing their clients with specialized consulting on all facets of parking challenges including PARCS and APGS in particular.  James has gather over 15 years of parking experience leading both Kimley-Horn's and Walker Parking's consulting teams leading the PARCS teams at many locations nationally. Together, 20/20, Lumin Advisors and AMG have aligned their skillsets to work closely on a number of projects providing their clients with a total solution.
