Sacramento International Airport

The Airport is currently undergoing a major expansion program named SMForward. The AMG team is assisting the Airport with a range of parking related issues including the procurement and implementation of a number of parking technologies.

AMG is currently providing oversight of the design, procurement and installation of a camera-based Parking Guidance System in the existing 5,237 space Garage A and future 5,500 space Garage B, and Parking Access and Revenue Control System for all public and employee parking lots.

Additional technologies will eventually include a parking reservation system.

Portland International Airport

AMG forms part of the team assisting the Airport with the design and procurement of a new Parking Access and Revenue Control System.

Baltimore / Washington International Airport

AMG assisted with the successful deployment of a camera based Parking Guidance System at the Hourly Garage. This included the oversight of a mobile application Find My Car solution.

UBS Arena - NY Islanders Hockey and Concert Venue

AMG provided oversight on behalf of the Arena team to successfully deploy a new Parking Access and Revenue Control System at the new parking garage servicing the UBS Arena. This included the ability to pre-pay for parking through Ticketmaster.

Cominar Real Estate - Alexis-Nihon Shopping Mall, Canada

The AMG team oversaw the successful replacement of the Parking Access and Revenue Control System at Cominar’s flagship shopping mall at Alexis-Nihon in Montreal, Quebec. This included the design, procurement, installation and testing of the Orbility PARCS solution.

VRE Mobile

Virginia Railway Express (VRE) Mobile Ticketing Application

Virginia Railway Express (VRE) decided to replace their existing mobile ticketing application with a new solution. Given AMG’s experience with the initial deployment, Steven was tasked with leading the writing of a new technical specification, assist with the procurement phase and provide oversight of the design and testing of the new American Eagle provided mobile ticketing application that successfully went live in early 2021.

Boston Properties Reston Town Center is an acclaimed, urban center located in the heart of Northern Virginia and home to more than 3 million square feet of Class A office space, more than 50 retailers, 30 restaurants, and 2,000 residential homes. The new extension of Reston Town Center which includes a two tower, 1.1 million square foot office development informally referred to as Reston Next, retail space, a hotel, and residential buildings is located adjacent to the Reston Town Center Station on Metro’s Silver Line extension. At its completion, the full extension of Reston Town Center, being built in two phases, will add more than 4.4 million square feet to Reston Town Center, including over six acres of public open space.

The AMG team assisted with the oversight of the design, installation and testing of the cloud based Parking Access and Revenue Control System as well as the single space Parking Guidance System.

AMG continues to support the Boston Property team as additional properties come online at Reston Next.

With over 5,000 parking spaces, AMG is currently supporting Westfield Century City with all parking related operations, and improving parking support and maintenance processes and procedures for both their Parking Guidance System and Parking Access and Revenue Control System.

In partnership with Lumin Advisors, AMG is assisted the Des Moines International Airport with oversight of the design, installation and system acceptance of a single-space automated Parking Guidance System at the North and South Garages after successfully completing the procurement phase.

On behalf of Westfield, AMG led the project management oversight of the installation and testing of the new SKIDATA Parking Access and Revenue Control System and Indect Parking Guidance System solutions installed at Westfield’s University Town Center (UTC) location in San Diego, CA.

The SKIDATA PARCS solution includes 27 entry/exit lanes including LPR cameras, 34 Pay-on-Foot machines (both cash and credit only) as well as multiple validation kiosks for tenants. The Indect PGS solution included over 360 Indect Upsolut cameras, 244 ultrasonic sensors for the Genesee Garage rooftop and 80 dynamic signs.

AMG also assisted with the installation, testing and commissioning of a valet system, procured from CVPS.

Westfield UTC went live with paid parking in February of 2019.

Assisted by business partner Lumin Advisors, AMG led the writing of a level count system technical specification and procurement documentation for the four level garage at the Culver City shopping mall in Los Angeles.  AMG advised Westfield throughout the procurement process culminating in an award for a single space ultrasonic detection and signage system.

The new single space ultrasonic guidance and signage system is installed and operational.

AMG is a member of the Parking and Access Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) consulting team currently advising the Port with the design, procurement, ans installation of an Automated Parking Guidance System (APGS) as the Port looks to replace their current APGS at the short-term parking P1 terminal.  Alongside 20/20 Parking Consultants and Lumin Advisors, the team combines nationally recognized airport parking experts who are leaders in both APGS and PARCS deployments at major U.S. airports and beyond.

AMG is currently assisting Westfield with providing project management oversight for parking access, revenue control, and guidance system integrations at multiple Westfield locations working closely with the Westfield development, construction, design and operations teams to ensure the successful design, installation and testing of leading parking technologies including SKIDATA's parking.logic solution, single space and camera-based guidance systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR) , validation and valet systems.

As part of the Lumin-AMG project management consulting team, AMG assisted in the design of a new PARCS solution at Dulles International Airport.  As of September 2018, all revenue control lanes have been installed and are operational. AMG led the lane testing for the Hourly, Daily and Economy lots at Dulles. A second phase incorporating employee parking and permitting, pre-booking, and loyalty is currently underway.

AMG is supporting the Dulles engineering team to design, install and test a world class parking solution with the latest parking and payment technologies provided by HUB Parking.

DALLAS LOVE FIELD AIRPORT

 AMG is currently providing project management oversight of a new camera based parking guidance system at the exciting new Garage C development at Dallas Love Field Airport.  AMG previously assisted with overseeing the implementation of a parking level count system and new signage package in Garages A and B.

Westfield LABS

AMG assisted the One Market (Westfield Labs) team develop a suite of leading parking technologies to be deployed across all Westfield shopping centers. The "Smart Parking" solution will provide shopping customers with a seamless parking experience and using their single sign-on Westfield account, shall create a complete digital suite of parking technologies including camera-based parking guidance systems, pre-booking, validations, valet and mobile payments for their entire parking experience before, during and after their visit to a Westfield shopping center.

AMG is currently assisting VRE with a number of key real-time data count systems including the following:

  • Installing a parking count system that will provide VRE with real-time parking occupancy data.

  • Procuring a new real-time platform messaging system.

  • Integrating the parking count system and platform messaging system with the existing VRE Mobile ticketing application.

  • Assisting with the real-time multimodal traveler information project.

In April 2015,  Virginia Railway Express (VRE) went live with a groundbreaking mobile ticketing application from Portland-based mobile payments firm moovel to help customers with a ticketless and seamless commuting experience.  AMG led the project oversight on behalf of VRE with the implementation from the initial Request For Information (RFI) through the procurement phase to the successful transition to a fully functional production application.

Tampa international airport

Tampa sought a unique parking consulting team for its new Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) solution.  In addition to AMG, the design team comprised highly experienced parking consultants from Walker Parking and Lumin Advisors.  Together, the team successfully created an innovative technical specifications for the PARCS solution requiring the latest parking technologies to meet the requirements and standards of a world class airport.  AMG will continue to support the airport through the PARCS design and implementation phases including the deployment of a fully integrated valet system.

AMG is providing project management oversight of a Ground Transportation System (GTS) solution from technical specification writing through procurement to design, testing and installation.

ronald reagan washington National Airport

Teaming with Lumin Advisors, the team successfully led the writing of a replacement PARCS technical specification, provided guidance through the procurement process, and led the oversight for the design, testing and installation of the new PARCS for Reagan National.  The project also included the design, testing and acceptance of a pre-booking reservation system, the first of its kind at a U.S. airport at the time of deployment.

The new PARCS solution at Orlando International currently being installed was created, procured and designed based on the project management team including Aberdeen who assisted with the writing of the technical specification documentation and project oversight.
